Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal. Through our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow, and profoundly impact health for humanity. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com **Job Function:** Pharmaceutical Sales **Job Sub** **Function:** Sales – Neuroscience (Commission) **Job Category:** Professional **All Job Posting Locations:** Bucureşti, Romania **Job Description:** **General information regarding the job:** + The Key Account Specialist builds and develops relationships with key customers, including KOLs, in order to deliver high value educational content to key accounts within appointed institutions. + The Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing the designated area and achieving sales objectives through the implementation of the sales tactical plan for the area of responsibility and by implementing the approved promotional activities. + The Key Account Specialist is responsible for ensuring the company image in area of responsibility. **Essential duties and responsibilities:** + Develop strong understanding of the therapeutical area and portfolio, build professional relationships, and ensure relevant support for HCPs’ + Ensure that Johnson&Johnson products and supporting services are properly understood by the HCPs and available to HCPs and patients. + Demonstrate deep level of understanding of the local environment and market dynamics. + Design and implement dedicated territory plan in line with portfolio’s promotional strategy. + Schedule meetings with customers from the assigned territory and has pre-planned presentations. + Identify new opportunities and develop dedicated tactics. + Build an intensive communication plan including group presentations for all accounts. + Keep a high frequency of contact with the stakeholders. + Deliver reports and specific plans, share best practices within the team. + Work collaboratively within field or cross-functional teams with the objective of achieving strong customer acumen. + Leadership attitude, positive mind-set. + Analyses sales data representative of the region in which it operates and transmits relevant information to the team + Responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining them according to the forecasts in the market in which they operate and present them to the manager. + Act as a mentor for newly hired colleagues. + Can be involved in different cross-functional projects. + Compliance with company policies and standards, ARPIM Code of Ethics and Romanian legislation. **Main interactions:** + **Internal:** ASM, Brand managers, MAH, Operations Team, Market Access + **External:** HCPs, Hospital Pharmacists, Disease Program coordinators, Hospital medical directors **Other responsibilities:** + Comply with the Safe Fleet requirements + Reports any Brand Quality Complaint or Adverse Event to the Local Safety Unit (AE / PQC) in due time according with company policies and SOPs **The location of the activities specific to the position** Field based **Basic competencies** + A proven track record of building relationships with clients and Key Opinion Leaders + Strong customer orientation + Collaboration & teaming attitude + Sense of urgency, goal oriented personality + Accountability + Planning & prioritization + Excellent communication skills & interpersonal sensitivity **Job specific requirements** + University degree + Knowledge of English language (medium level), native level of Romanian + More than 5 years in relevant TAs, including KOLs management + Key account management process proven capabilities: analyze, plan, prepare, implement, follow-up + Flexibility and strong planning skills + High ethical standards.
