This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the NHS landscape and a commitment to patient outcomes. Experience of specialised commissioning and high cost drugs is required for tis role as we prepare for LOE and launch of a new pipeline. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans aligned with brand and system priorities. • Build sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers across integrated care systems. • Identify opportunities through data and insights to support appropriate local uptake of medicines. • Collaborate across functions to deliver a unified customer experience and support strategic account management. • Ensure compliance with ABPI and internal SOPs. • Preparing the environment for the launch of a new product to ensure effective readiness. **What You Bring** • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment and NHS systems. • Experience in key account management, sales, or a healthcare-related role. • Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills. • ABPI qualified. • Digitally confident (Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM tools). • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex stakeholder networks. • Experience with launches of new products and specialist commissioning.
