**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our [Alexandria, Egypt] in the Established Pharmaceutical Division where we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
**What** **You’ll** **Do** **:**
+ Manages and develops assigned Chain Key customers with handling implementation of Trade Marketing activities perspectiveto build strong relationships with key customers.
**The Opportunity**
+ Implements a common Trade marketing plan to optimize Trade Key Accounts (Chain Pharmacies) & eCommerce channels for local markets.
+ Define and develop Key chain strategies and tactics (such as merchandising recommendations and materials) to stimulate Abbott’s brands availability, visibility and recommendation rates, bridging Abbott’s brands’ strategy and customers’ needs,
**M** **AIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
Develops a structured commercial offering locally with a strong emphasis to:
+ Strengthen and grow our brands in the chain sectors.
+ Understand switch level in keyChain Channels.
+ Build Pharmacy Loyalty and advocacy perspectives in key chain channels.
+ To liaise, build and develop relationships with key purchasers in chainsector, and optimize services to Abbott in return.
+ Devise and propose promotional plans that maximize sales in your assigned chains and ensure timely execution.
+ Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring Chains performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets. Analyzing sales data,and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and formulate actionable insights. Preparing reports and presenting findings to management.
+ Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including all key healthcare professionals, and regulatory authorities. Resolving escalated customer issues, addressing complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
+ Manage relationships with key pharmacy chain buyers and stakeholders.
+ Ensure product listings, shelf positioning, and in-store execution follow Abbott’s brand and merchandising guidelines.
+ Implement chain-specific activities to drive brand visibility and availability, including new product launches.
+ Ensure all trade activities comply with legal and regulatory standards, especially for Rx products
+ Provide insights for demand forecasting and business planning.
**Required** **Qualifications**
+ Required: Advanced Degree in Science, business studies, or related areas.
**Preferred** **Qualifications**
+ Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with relevant expertise and a strong background in key account management.
+ Proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions.
+ Comprehensive industry knowledge acquired in a multinational company.
+ English fluency is essential.
+ Computer literate.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence relationships and leverage knowledge internally across a matrix structure to optimize opportunities with customers and achieve shared goals.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ensure business continuity.
+ Success in particular assigned marketing campaign.
+ The candidate must be based on Alexandria.
