Job Description

You'll be working as part of the Americas Customer Care team. You will be partnering with stakeholders to help our distributors and customers achieve their desired outcomes and productivity goals to enhance their experience with Rockwell Automation. The Key Account Specialist will constantly identify opportunities to grow the positive relationships with our Partners and Customers. You also will work closely with Sales and Account Managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients. You will report to the Regional Customer Care Manager, Americas and will be hybrid out of Milwaukee, WI or Charlotte, NC

Your Responsibilities:Building and preserving trustable relationships with our partners and key customers and an ongoing level of engagementOverseeing the relationship with internal and external stakeholdersResolving customer complaints quickly and efficientlyMeeting with managers in the organization to plan strategicallyUnderstanding key customer needs and addressing theseConducting business reviews using tools and reportsKnowing your competition and strategizing accordinglyMaintaining a positive attitude focused on customer satisfactionDealing with customer requests and troubleshooting problems

The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work ExperienceLegal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:5+ years of applicable experienceSAP ECC/CRM, Salesforce experienceExperience with end2end supply chain with ability to collaborate within the organization at all levelsPresent with senior leadership in RA and customerAbility to seek opportunities to deliver new valuesDesign mindset with ability to translate data into concepts to showcase & execute initiativesProblem solving, decision making and judgment, embedding identified best global practices into the regional scopeCross cultural intelligence, ability to operate in different cultural settings
