Key Account Representative

What you'll do:

Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns through phone calls and email correspondenceProvide exceptional customer service to bolster sales efforts and enhance customer satisfactionCollaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) to strengthen customer relationships and work collectively towards achieving sales targetsManage the entire order process from initiation to delivery, including order tracking and recommending complementary productsMake strategic recommendations to increase the adoption of private label products and digital solutionsSupport OSRs in developing account growth strategies and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while assisting with various customer operationsEfficiently resolve day-to-day customer issues, whether working remotely or from company offices as required 
What you'll bring:

Minimum of 2 years' Sales or Customer Service experience, preferably in building materialsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgmentEffective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Comfort with extended periods of desk work and heavy phone/email communication

USD $29.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr.
