Role - Key Account Manager Oakley - Baltics

 

Your role

As a Key Account Manager Baltics for Sport Channel, you are the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience that elevates their sport performance. The KAM demonstrates excellent customer service skills, meets monthly and quarterly, selling and customer service goals, provides product knowledge to customers, coordinates brands marketing plans, sell out support  and works as part of a team to meet individual and client objectives. 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KAM to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about sports and has a knack for sales. The primary responsibility will be to travel across Baltic countries to meet with clients, build relationships, and secure advertising and marketing activities.

 

Main responsibilities: 

 

Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives through growing existing customer relationships and building new ones.  Provide an unsurpassed and memorable customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering solutions that result in customer satisfaction and experience. Actively participates in and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management and support staff.  Take pride in the store's appearance & show the initiative to keep displays & inventory clean, attractive & organized. Secures all company assets under control.  Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.  Travel extensively to various locations across Baltic countries to meet with potential clients and partners.  Present and promote the channel's advertising and marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness and sell out for customers. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.  Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.  Attend sports events, trade shows, and industry conferences to network and promote the channel.  Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to create compelling sales materials.  Collaborate with customer service and other functions in organization to deliver the best experience and service for customers. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities. 

 

Main requirements:

 

3 + years’ experience in wholesale or retail. Strong communication skills (both oral and written).  Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.  Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sports industry.  Strong understanding of advertising and sponsorship sales.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.  Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.  Passion for sports and knowledge of the sports industry.  Familiarity with point-of-sale system, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.  Embracing new technology & change with a high level of accuracy.  Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals. 

 

Languages:

Estonian or Latvian 

English - fluent
