Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic customer relationships in the vending and beverage sector across the DACH region and the Netherlands. This role requires a commercially driven professional with a strong background in the food & beverage industry and a proven ability to manage complex accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage key accounts including coffee roasters, vending operators, and distributors in Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland Drive revenue growth and meet defined KPI targets for assigned customers Expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities Lead contract negotiations and implement pricing strategies Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with international teams Oversee forecasting, budget planning, and performance tracking Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

 

Objectives

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Achieve sustainable growth in sales volume and profit margins

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

University degree preferred or equivalent professional experience 8  years of experience in the food & beverage industry (branded goods or private label), managing key accounts in out-of-home, retail, or industrial channels Proven success in international account management
