Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. The Key Account Mgr. manages sales of the products within Honduras developing market distribution channels such as pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, independent supermarkets, convenience stores and traditional store to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales objectives and revenues through out positive commercial planning, deployment and distributors personnel management. Identifies market opportunities and executes promotional activities, designs action plans and strategies for all customers including Distributors & Key Accounts. Identify and pursue business opportunities and incorporate into customer Business Reviews. Represent ANI as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Be responsible for Gross to Net Execution and control. **What You’ll Do** + In charge of Distributor management. Ensure Honduras achieves customer and team specific quotas. + Customize and adapt country commercial strategy to channel reality. + Deliver strategical and execute tactical initiatives to enhance channel strategy. + Develop and manage customer relationships. Validate that our products have the proper planogram, that the secondary exhibits are well exposed. + Reach beyond the buyers to forge strategic partnerships with key customers. + Partner with sales (demand) and marketing team to ensure commercial strategy alignment. + Develop and leverage a deep knowledge of the customer, industry and competitive landscape. Implement the right price and portfolio strategy for each of the brands on the distribution channel of control. + Lead integration and coordination of cross functional initiatives with other functional areas (Supply, Demand, Finance, Logistics) to manage all business variables. + Manage execution of Customers Gross to Net and propose promotions to increase sales and product impact. + Identify business opportunities and get to Know Customers KPIs and match them with Abbott objectives guaranteeing the growth in Honduras for each wholesaler. + Develop excellent relationships and achieve a deep understanding of the customer, the industry through the analysis of sales in the market and thus carry out the sales trajectory for each brand and in each channel. **Required Qualifications** + Licentiate + Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales experience in consumer goods and/or pharma companies as Key Account Manager/ Supervisor. Must possess a strong local market Know how of local DTT - Traditional / UTT Channels /OTC (Pharmacies). **Additional Preferred experience:** + At least 3 years of experience in multi-channel experience (Retail & Pharmacies, Modern Channel Walmart, Pricesmart) and/ or managing wholesalers. + Background in demand forecasting and budget management/planning. + Programs: Microsoft Office, Excel.
