Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to successfully achieve sales targets and grow market share.Identify and engage potential customers to generate new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyaltyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement solutionsProvide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to managementStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunitiesConduct regular customer visits and product presentations to promote our offeringsAttend industry conferences and exhibitions to network and showcase our products and services

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sciences, or related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the scientific or technology industryExceptional communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAmbitious and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluent in English and Arabic, both written and spokenWillingness to travel extensively within Morocco, North and West Africa and occasionally internationally
