**Job summary:**
The role is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic account plans for high-value clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term growth.
**Your role:**
+ Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth targets & build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
+ Drive complex sales and marketing initiatives for key accounts & monitor KPIs and financial performance, providing insights to senior management.
+ Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
+ Mentor and coach junior account managers to foster high performance.
+ Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
+ 6+ years of experience in strategic account management, client relationship management, partner sales operations, sales operations, business development or equivalent.
+ Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing executive-level relationships and sales delivery against targets in Medical Devices Market.
+ Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
