This role blends strategic thinking, relationship building, and hands-on execution to ensure our innovative solutions reach those who need them most. **What You’ll Do** + Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a sales plan tailored to Gent and West Flanders to meet and exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships. + Strategic Account Management: Build and grow relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes nurses, pharmacists, and hospital decision-makers across your territory.
