1. Scope of Position
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic, high-value accounts. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring the company’s products are integrated into customer menu cycles, procurement processes, and long-term business plans.
2. Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, procurement teams, corporate chefs, and restaurant chefs. Anticipate customer needs and menu rotations to ensure the company remains the preferred business partner. Lead executive-level (top-to-top) meetings and monthly business reviews with customers and internal sales leadership. Drive the introduction and scaling of new products into customer portfolios. Develop and execute customer strategies with a forward-looking horizon of 1–2 years. Collaborate closely with Field Sales Representatives to ensure seamless execution at the local level. Manage receivables collection and ensure payment timelines are met within assigned accounts.3. Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management or Foodservice Sales. Proven track record of managing strategic, high-value accounts and engaging with senior-level stakeholders. Strong planning, communication, and relationship management skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. Solid financial acumen with expertise in forecasting and business planning.
