Key Account Manager - eCommerce C&M
**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Head Office, Bangkok Company: Nestlé Department: eBusiness Full-time Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-Commerce, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail. **A DAY IN THE LIFE...** + Lead end-to-end management of key Click & Mortar accounts, building strong relationships with buyers and digital teams. + Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and shopper behavior analysis. + Drive seamless integration between online and offline retail strategies to enhance the shopper journey. + Monitor and manage account P&L, ensuring profitability and ROI on eCommerce investments. + Track and analyze KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, market share and digital shelf score. + Provide regular business reviews and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and retail partners. + Coordinate with category teams, shopper marketing and offline commercial teams to align on strategy and execution. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field. + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-Commerce, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail. + Good in negotiation, communication, multitasking and stakeholder management skills. + Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platform is preferable. + Good in Microsoft Office included Word, Excel and PowerPoint. + Fluent in English and Thai.
