Samsung Electronics Baltics is one of the 16 Samsung Electronics Sales subsidiaries in Europe. We currently have 200 employees, located across all 3 Baltic countries, with the central sales office situated in Riga, Latvia. Samsung being the market leader in consumer electronics, is transforming the world of TV, home appliances, semiconductors and LED solutions. In cooperation with CEED we are looking for a Sales genius and a team player to join our Team as Key Account Manager (salary 3400-3850 EUR Gross + Quarterly bonus (up to 70%) ( 7140-8085 EUR Gross)).You will be responsible for driving sales growth and strategic development with key accounts. This role combines sales, marketing coordination, and account management to ensure strong customer relationships, business planning, and successful execution in-store and online. You’ll work closely with internal teams and partners to identify business opportunities, enhance visibility, and deliver results through data-driven decision-making. Ideal for a tech-savvy sales professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building sustainable partnerships.
Role and Responsibilities
Job description: Responsible for the business management and development of the targeted Key Accounts (distributors / retailers / e-tailers / IT resellers / system integrators)Negotiate sales with existing Partners and Customers, identify and develop new business relationshipsInitiate, plan and coordinate Joint Business Plans, marketing activities with PartnersMaintain forecasting accuracy by ensuring the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner; seek supply chain improvementsMeasure, track and analyze key account metrics, business performance and competitor activities, identify upcoming needs and opportunitiesPrepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenue, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas, proactively develop and implement correction plansContribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibilityProvide all the necessary business reporting and insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring close monitoring of business developmentEnsure that Samsung products are always supported by best-in-class retail and online presenceManage visibility of Samsung Monitor products in Partner stores, maintain communication with internal Retail teamCo-ordinate Go-to-Market activities with Marketing Manager and Product ManagerPerform other relevant duties as necessarySkills and Qualifications
