What you’ll be doing

Deliver and exceed sales targets through strategic key account management and strong executionBuild and implement Strategic Account Plans tailored to regional needs and hospital dynamicsDevelop trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers across your territoryUse performance and account insights to track progress, refine strategy, and maximise impactIdentify growth opportunities, overcome access barriers, and drive sustainable product adoptionCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions and share best practicesOperate with integrity and in line with compliance and ethical standards

What we’re looking for

Proven pharmaceutical sales experience with increasing responsibility on the territoryKey account management or hospital specialist experienceExperience in Rheumatology and/or Gastroenterology strongly preferredStrong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder influencing skillsConfident communicator with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindsetValues-led approach with a clear commitment to compliance
