What You Should Expect From The Role

Following are the tasks you should expect being part of this Team:

Lead Point of Contact: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Negotiation and Profit Maximization: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Trust Building: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.Tailored Solutions: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives.Reporting: Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status.Handling of Multiple Accounts: Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.Knowledge Seeking: Continually refine excellent knowledge of company's products and capabilities - product specifications, applications, modifications, and troubleshooting - as the customer will depend on you to present proprietary solutions.(Cross-Team) Collaboration: Work closely with sales team and other departments and develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

Mandatory Requirements:

At least 5 years commercial sales experience in IT market.Capacity to manage small team.You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.You should have successfully completed your Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field education.Business fluency in English and Italian.Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Establish) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).Willingness to travel to client’s offices in region.Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.
