As the **Key Account manager** , you’ll be responsible for evolving relationship with pharmacy chains and to ensuring the growth of the share of clients. **What You’ll Do** + Management and development of relationships with key clients (pharmacy chains) + Conducting annual negotiations with key clients and concluding marketing agreements in accordance with established company goals + Ensuring an effective level of product penetration + Creation and maintenance of effective inventory in pharmacy chains + Maintaining and monitoring compliance with displays in pharmacy chains + Conducting trainings and educational programs for staff of pharmacy chains and medical representatives + Drawing up individual development plans for key clients + Providing administrative support to clients: preparation of documents, including contracts + Ensuring the implementation of brand promotion strategies in pharmacy chains + Providing communication between the marketing function in the company, key clients and external service **Requirements for candidates:** + Higher medical/pharmaceutical education + At least 2 years of experience in a similar position + Knowledge of the Belarusian pharmaceutical market and the specifics of pharmaceutical product promotion + Ability to negotiate with pharmacy chain managers and distributors + Strategic planning and key account management skills + Proficiency in CRM systems and strong Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills for preparing analytics and presentations + Sales analysis and forecasting skills + Knowledge of document management and business correspondence + English- pre intermediate An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
