As Key Account Manager – Hospitals & Institutions within Sanofi Vaccines Vietnam, you will lead strategic engagement with top-tier hospitals, healthcare institutions, and key opinion leaders to advance national immunization outcomes. This role is critical in driving vaccine adoption, activating institutional customers, and delivering launch excellence through strong scientific partnerships and ethical, compliant execution.

Your role will connect scientific excellence with sustainable commercial impact across Vietnam’s hospital and institutional landscape.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority hospitals and healthcare institutions, driving growth, adoption, and long-term partnershipsBuild and manage senior-level relationships with institutional decision-makers and key opinion leaders across pediatrics, OB&G, infectious diseases, internal medicine, geriatrics, and public healthLead new vaccine launch planning and execution in hospital settings, including customer activation, readiness, and post-launch performance trackingDeliver high-quality scientific engagement, presenting clinical evidence, safety data, and health economic insights in a clear, compliant mannerPartner closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and Field Sales teams to align scientific, commercial, and access strategiesMonitor institutional performance, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform leadership decisionsCoach and mentor field teams and senior medical representatives, modeling excellence in institutional engagement and joint field executionEnsure full compliance with Sanofi’s Code of Conduct, industry standards, and local regulations in all interactions and investmentsAbout You
Medical background required (Pharmacist or Medical Doctor)Experience in pharmaceutical or vaccines roles with exposure to hospitals or institutional accountsDemonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders and drive results in structured healthcare environmentsStrong scientific communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skillsHigh level of integrity, accountability, and patient-centric mindsetWhy Choose Us?
