Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization’s Central Division. Responsibilities This Key Account Manager position is a newly established role within the Central Division Commercial Organization. It offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to KAM-level (Key Account Manager) functions while also serving as a sales analyst supporting some of our most strategic accounts. In this role, you will execute a sales strategy across assigned retail small-format accounts. The successful candidate will: Manage key customer relationships and customer agreements Deliver results aligned with both internal operating plans and customer expectations Serve as a bridge between analysis and execution, helping drive pricing, delivery, and promotion efforts in concert with account requirements ~1/3: Key Account Management: Serve as the Key Account Manager, overseeing $2M in Net Revenue across Cartenders and Max E Mart. Deliver annual Customer Development Agreements (CDAs) at assigned retail accounts. Achieve annual volume, net revenue, and margin contribution (MC) goals. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, ensuring satisfaction through exceptional service and execution. Lead the Annual Operating Plan and Forecast process, collaborating with Finance, Brand, and Operations teams. Manage customer financial contracts, performance, and collections. Conduct ongoing analysis of business trends to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps. Maintain a strategic product mix through SKU optimization, driving new item sell-ins and managing SKU rationalization. ~1/3: Small Format Analyst: Provide analytical and operational support for an assigned group of small-format accounts, including: New store setup and maintenance Weekly reporting and performance analysis Implementation of SAVVY priorities Member list updates and maintenance Rebate tracking, file management, and payment reconciliation Execution of additional projects as identified by the management team ~1/3: Large Format Analyst: Provide analytical support for BGC and Reasor’s, including: Managing customer portals and internal systems (SAP, SAVVY) Developing ad hoc reports and business insights Setting up and reviewing customer promotions Managing new item setup, authorizations, and weekly ad updates Maintaining and updating Excel-based ad files Supporting additional initiatives as assigned by management Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
