Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To ensure profitable market share and net sales growth with Key Accounts while respecting the brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate key and long term relationship with strategic accounts.
- To support the Key Account business in order to achieve sales and market strategy objectives.
- To create, cooperating with Marketing, the Account Activation Plans.
- To ensure a coordinated and efficient sell-in process, usage of sell-in tools and the correct negotiation and implementation of trade terms.
- To ensure a reliable, adequate and competitive customer service level for the accounts. Visit and monitor points of sales, ensuring to elevate and position the brand respecting the brand guidelines.
-To ensure execution of the field CSS and track results.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
5 Years experience of relevant commercial experience
Advanced English
