Join a global leader in security solutions and help shape the future of client partnerships. We’re hiring a Key Account Manager to oversee GardaWorld’s most strategic customers across multiple industries. This role is responsible for expanding business opportunities, ensuring service excellence, and building long-term executive-level relationships.

You will act as the primary liaison between GardaWorld and senior client stakeholders — leading strategic reviews, presenting performance updates, and ensuring security solutions align with client objectives. This position requires a strong mix of relationship management, business development acumen, and financial oversight.

  Key Responsibilities

 

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts within defined verticals

Lead client engagements, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and annual strategic meetings

Partner with Business Development to identify and pursue account growth opportunities

Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with internal teams and regional leadership

Manage contract renewals, SLA performance, and RFP responses

Monitor account financial performance to ensure profitability and accuracy

Resolve escalations and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with security experts to deliver assessments and tailored client solutions

  Qualifications & Experience

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (asset)

7–10 years of experience in key account management, business development, or client services

Experience in the security industry or verticals such as Commercial Properties, Distribution & Transportation, Retail, Banking, or Public Administration (preferred)

Strong knowledge of contract management, SLA oversight, and RFP processes

Proven success building executive-level client relationships and driving strategic growth

Financial acumen with experience analyzing account performance and profitability

Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
