YOUR ROLE:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Renault Group
Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions.
Forecast sales volumes, monitor performance against targets, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
Ensure contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Prospect new opportunity and drive pursuit to closure achieving booking target.
Lead and establish firm quote offers to customers in a timely and competitive manner.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements that may impact client accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market insights.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and recommend corrective actions as needed.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Minimum 5 to10 years experience in the automotive industry, ideally in technology tier 1 with strong track record in managing important accounts (Ideally Renault)
Experience in ADAS, ECUs, Connectivity, Infotainment, User Experience preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer and result orientation
Fluent in French and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) with ability to manage complex data.
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization on an international scope
Team management skills and ability to take challenges continuously.
