Step into the role of Key Account Manager in Poland and help us transform the future of patient care, with the geographical scope covering the regions including and surrounding Warsaw, Białystok, Lublin and Olsztyn. 

 


Your new role
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the effective implementation of strategies and tactics to maximize potential of Novo Nordisk business in Poland in line with company’s general strategy, with focus on selected key accounts and B2B solutions and via direct cooperation with decision makers and other employees of targeted HCOs (Key Accounts), and in close collaboration with other functions both in field and back-office organization. 

 

You will focus primarily on:

Mapping medical centres, hospitals, and other key accounts in your assigned region as well as developing strategies and tactics for key accounts in collaboration with the team manager and internal stakeholders. Allocating activities and investments within managed key accounts to achieve planned objectives and targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners managing targeted key accounts. Managing and controlling your activities plan to ensure delivery of tasks according to agreed goals and KPIs. Collaborating with regional sales teams and other internal stakeholders to execute commercial plans effectively. Gathering and sharing customer insights and intelligence to inform strategies and analysing market opportunities, threats, as well as competitor strategies to identify growth potential. Monitoring the performance and development of key accounts and measuring the effectiveness of introduced tactics and activities.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who brings expertise, drive & passion to the role alongside good selling, communication and presentation skills. 

 

The ideal candidate brings:

A university degree (at least BA or equivalent), preferably in natural sciences or business. At least 2 years of experience in KAM role, with proven track record. Strong business understanding, with knowledge of operational models of accounts & knowledge of B2B specific processes. Account mapping skills – covering: Customers’ mapping, Organization / logistics mapping and business & legal environment mapping and capability to harmonize various activities and multiple source data. Understanding of the therapy area of   obesity and cardiometabolic diseases  alongside product portfolio and presenting appropriate knowledge on products and therapy area.

We also expect solid knowledge of MS office, a valid driver’s license as well as fluency in Polish, while fluency in English would be considered highly desirable.
