As our Key Account Manager – OEM Chillers, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and strengthening Danfoss’ position in the chiller market.
Your impact? You’ll build and deepen partnerships with leading OEM customers, helping them integrate Danfoss compressor technologies into their systems. By developing strategic account plans and delivering technical and commercial expertise, you’ll unlock new business opportunities, increase market share, and ensure our customers’ long-term success.
You’ll collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and service teams, taking ownership of account growth, forecasting, and customer engagement—helping us move toward a more sustainable and energy-efficient future.
What You’ll Be DoingLead strategic account planning to drive growth with key OEM chiller customers.
Build and maintain trusted relationships, serving as the primary contact for customers.
Identify new opportunities and close deals to expand Danfoss’ footprint in the chiller market.
Partner with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial support that enables customer success.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and account data in CRM systems to guide decision-making.
What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical field).5+ years of experience in the HVACR industry, with a focus on sales, account management, or OEM partnerships.
Strong technical understanding of compressor and chiller applications.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account growth plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for account and pipeline management.Background working in global, matrixed organizations.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
The range for this position is $110K to $130K.
