Key Account Manager
**Job Description:** As **Key Account Manager – Nationals Distribution** for the **Paslode** brand you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with our national distribution partners. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, increasing brand presence, and delivering on ITW’s growth strategy. You will develop and execute strategic business plans, aligning distributor objectives with ITW’s long-term vision, while working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service. With a strong commercial mindset you will collaborate closely with the wider Commercial, Marketing, Logistics and Customer Services teams, to maximise opportunities for process simplification and profitable growth. This is a high-impact, field-based role ideal for a driven, results-oriented professional who thrives on building partnerships and influencing at all levels. Primary responsibilities & Accountabilities: + Achieve sales growth and net revenue targets, adopting an Aggressive Growth Mindset. + Supporting the National team to deliver on the Business Units on prioritised growth opportunities. + Support the development of the wider team, through a coaching capacity. + Promoting the value proposition and placing the brand in key strategic areas to reach the largest user audience. + Identify opportunities and develop Strategic Action Plans for profitable growth, collaborating with Commercial and Marketing teams. + Working close with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure promotional & activity plans are aligned and opportunities for simplification implemented. + Regular analysis of internal and external sales data to identify opportunities and communicate key market insights. + Visiting customers, developing relationships, assessing Paslode presence and knowledge, identifying growth opportunities and coaching customer teams on how to promote Paslode value proposition. + Develop multi-level customer relationships and provide an excellent customer experience. + Take ownership of specific projects or campaigns within key accounts, with clear objectives and performance measures. + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability and issue resolutions. + Support the delivery of profitable growth by monitoring pricing, promotional activity, and cost-to-serve considerations in collaboration with the wider team. + Take ownership of personal objectives and consistently deliver to agreed standards, timelines, and behaviours aligned with team and business goals. + Keep safe and look out for colleagues physical & mental well being. + Report any incidents, accidents or near misses and any other Health and Safety issue that may be relevant in yours or the work environment. Qualifications: + Evidence of Key Account Management within current or previous positions + Strong self-motivation with a proactive, results-driven approach. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills + Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally as required. + A valid full UK driving licence
