Position Summary
We are looking for a new Key Account Manager to join our Consumer Electronics Sales team!Role and Responsibilities
Analyzing account profiles and potentials, with focus on 2nd tier partner developmentAnalyzing sales performance based on defined KPIs for each customer and setting up improvementsStrategic planning and adapting conditions of sales accordinglyMaking timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availabilityPlanning sales and promotion activitiesIncreasing sales of Samsung Electronics products and achieving agreed targetsActive involvement in annual budgeting processNegotiating annual contracts per account with the aim to optimize long-term value creationSetting out targets together with the customers for each store and evaluating resultsProviding feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and activities of competitorsCoordination of all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/regionProviding customers with products and performance trainingsImproving display share and ensuring adequate presence of products at the point of saleOther tasks per direct managers requestSkills and Qualifications
Qualification/Experience
· University degree
· Minimum 5 years of job experience in the area of sales/account management in relevant industry
· Good knowledge of the market and good business sense
· Good product knowledge
· Driver's license B category
Knowledge
· Upper-intermediate command of English
· Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
