We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager who will be based in Kuwait, within our Visual Display Team who will be responsible for achieving sales targets (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) across different key accounts that he will be responsible for, through improved Channel management, forecasting (sell out and Sell in), PSI and consequently improving sell out.

Plan and execute sales with Key accounts (Retailers, Resellers and Traders)Steer efforts to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual market share & sales targetsFacilitate decision making by senior management on sales & service strategies to meet the demands of accounts by providing market inputs and recommendations associated with channel experience and end customer feedbackBuild strong long-term relationships with key accounts, at all levels (General Managers, CEO's, buyers, product managers and sales managers) to maintain sales momentum and growthIdentify requirements and work towards finding a solution to remove any barriers to salesMaintain a healthy level of inventory to support sales delivery as per business planInform potential clients about the company’s new products and price development details on a regular basisManage and implement situational pricing in respective countries, and maintain pricing harmony among online channelsWork closely with local teams in the successful launch of new products & solutions, and implement campaigns in the regionDevelop and implement promotional strategies, assist media planner in developing media strategies to reach the specified target marketWeekly planning of stock allocation by accountConducting market trend analysis and working closely with the Direct Retailer to develop plans to overcome potential issuesWhat You’ll Need
Minimum 8 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.Strong knowledge of the Kuwait retail and distribution landscape, especially in the electronics/TV category.Proven ability to manage high-volume accounts and complex negotiations.Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data and reporting tools.Self-driven, with strong organisational and time management skills.Why You’ll Love Working with Us
