Job Description:

The Key Account Manager for Vaccines and Immunotherapies (V&IT) oversees account performance, engages key stakeholders in the vaccination process, and facilitates vaccination programs to boost rates. This role involves executing sales and marketing strategies within assigned accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully implement the key account plan.

Typical Accountabilities:

Identify sales insights, understand customer needs, and achieve sales targets.Collaborate with key stakeholders like vaccinators and hospital marketing teams to implement vaccination projects.Develop partnerships with assigned accounts to boost vaccination rates.Create and execute account plans, presenting them to management to meet objectives.Manage the assigned budget to ensure effective execution and return on investment.Coordinate with marketing and medical teams to drive brand awareness and adoption.Work in Bangkok and up-country as a hybrid KAM.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or health care/sales, including experience with the different account customer typesDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence peers and managementDemonstrated communication skillsGrowth MindsetStrong customer-facing and product / TA knowledgeDemonstrated negotiating capabilityPrior experience in a pharmaceutical company or healthcare organizationPrior experience in a commercial function
