Job Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with dermatology clinics, acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their priorities, patient pathways, and operational challenges, identifying opportunities to deliver tailored solutions that support clinical practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with dermatology clinicsActing as a trusted partner and main point of contact for assigned accountsBuilding strong understanding of clinic workflows, priorities, and patient pathwaysPlanning and delivering tailored initiatives, including educational meetings and engagement activitiesCoordinating activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams (medical, market access, marketing)Capturing and sharing structured field insights to support planning and strategyEnsuring all activities are compliant with industry standards and local regulationsQualifications & Experience

Required:

Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or key account managementStrong understanding of healthcare environments and stakeholder engagementDemonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsCommercial mindset with a solution-oriented approachBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceFluent in Dutch and EnglishValid driving licence

Preferred:

Experience in dermatology or a related specialtyUnderstanding of patient pathways, reimbursement, and access dynamicsExperience working within cross-functional teams
