As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping relationships with major hospital groups across Mexico, Colombia, and Puerto Rico, with a primary focus on Mexico. If you thrive on building strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals, this role is designed for you. + Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and global objectives, ensuring integration with the company’s Mako strategy + Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, achieving defined revenue targets + Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospital executives (CEOs, COOs, Directors, and other C-suite leaders) to drive recurring business + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of installations, training, and post-sale support + Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects + Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiating terms to optimize deal structures and profitability + Translate clinical benefits into economic value for healthcare providers using financial-based selling tools + Represent Stryker at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and market presence **What you need:** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree + Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of surgical or medical capital equipment + Minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts or executive-level clients + Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals with C-suite executives + Experience introducing innovative technologies into new markets + Proficiency in English and Spanish **Preferred Qualifications** + Advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese + Degree in Engineering or related fields Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
