You develop and deliver new product and promotional activity across a customer base.

Role Purpose

Support the management of assigned key accounts to deliver profitable growth for Mondelez while building strong customer relationships. The role ensures perfect execution of sales fundamentals (distribution, visibility, pricing, shelving, and promotions), contributes to joint business planning, and drives Mondelez brands’ presence in-store.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Execution

Support the development and execution of customer joint business plans aligned with Mondelez objectives.Manage day-to-day operations with assigned accounts (orders, listings, promotions, stock levels).Monitor in-store execution of agreed trade terms, visibility, and planogram compliance.Follow up on promotions to ensure timely implementation and post-evaluation.

Business Growth & Performance

Track sales, share, and distribution KPIs across assigned accounts.Identify growth opportunities and propose initiatives to unlock incremental revenue.Assist in preparing and delivering regular customer performance reviews.Contribute to achieving Net Revenue, Market Share, and Trade Spend efficiency targets.

Collaboration & Communication

Act as first point of contact for operational issues with customers.Work closely with supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure flawless customer service and execution.Provide insights from the customer and market to feed into brand and channel strategies.

Data & Reporting

Analyze sales data, promotional ROI, and market trends to support decision-making.Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years’ experience in sales, trade marketing, or account management (preferably in FMCG).Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.Good negotiation and communication skills.Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Team player with high learning agility.
