VCA All Animal Hospital in Orange Park, FL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Attendant (Animal Care Attendant) to join our team.

The ideal candidate shares our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our loyal clients and providing the highest quality care to boarded and hospitalized pets. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our patients while supporting our medical team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Cleaning and sanitizing cages, kennels, and treatment areas

Feeding and caring for dogs and cats

Walking dogs and monitoring their comfort and well-being

Bathing dogs as needed

Completing laundry and maintaining cleanliness throughout the hospital

Cleaning and maintaining hospital premises

Assisting Doctors and Veterinary Technicians when necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience in animal care, boarding, kennel, or veterinary settings preferred

Ability to handle dogs and cats safely and compassionately

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
