We, at KONE Business Services (KBS), are looking for a skilled and creative Communication Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the KBS communication strategy to enhance KBS awareness, support organizational goals, and ensure clear, consistent messaging towards the KONE business stakeholders and KBS teams across all channels. This role requires strong writing and editing skills, a strategic mindset, initiative, and the ability to collaborate across different regions, cultures, business streams and teams.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for creating and implementing the KBS communication strategy, including its development and alignment to KONE strategy
Creation of content for various communication channels, such as social media, website, newsletter, intranet articles, presentations, videos, etc.
Regularly update and maintain the company intranet and websites to ensure content is accurate, timely, and engaging.
Support change management efforts by creating communication plans and materials that guide organization, stakeholders and employees through organizational changes and transitions.
Promoting internal events and initiatives, and collaboration on their preparation (e.g. Townhall, visits, workshops).
Collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment in messaging across regions, cultures, and business functions, cooperation and coordination in communication-related activities.
Support in spreading and reinforcing the organization's culture and values through internal communication initiatives.
Active monitoring of trends in communication (external and internal) and identification of new approaches and tools to enhance the communication environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
Creativity and a sense for the visual and linguistic aspects of communication.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
Responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with change management communication is an advantage.
Fluent English
We offer you the basic salary starting from 3000 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
