You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.

How you will contribute

You will:

Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required.Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your region.Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Soporte en la Gestión de Cuentas ClaveAsistir al KAM Senior en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias para las cuentas clave asignadasPreparar informes de ventas, análisis de mercado y presentaciones para los clientes.Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las actividades promocionales y comerciales en las cuentas clave.Establecer y mantener una comunicación efectiva con los contactos clave en las cuentas asignadas.Identificar las necesidades y oportunidades de los clientes, proponiendo soluciones y productos adecuadosMonitorear el desempeño de las ventas en las cuentas clave, identificando tendencias y áreas de mejora.Analizar datos de mercado y de la competencia para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, logística y finanzas para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias comerciales.Implementar las estrategias de ventas y marketing definidas para cada cuenta clave.Participar en la negociación de acuerdos comerciales y contratos con los clientes.

 

Requisitos:

Educación: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.Experiencia:Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria de consumo masivo.Experiencia en gestión de cuentasHabilidades:Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y negociación.Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos y tendencias del mercado.Orientación al cliente y capacidad para construir relaciones duraderas.Proactividad, organización y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Dominio de herramientas de Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Conocimiento de CRM (deseable).Toleración a la frustraciónIdiomas: Dominio del idioma inglés (deseable)
