Grâce à l’offre modulaire "Total Mobility", vous serez responsable de la planification, de la vente de solutions personnalisées et de l’optimisation des opérations clients, en mettant l’accent sur la durabilité, l’efficacité et la performance. **Vos missions :** + Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de compte stratégiques, en valorisant l’offre modulaire « Total Mobility » de Goodyear pour améliorer la durabilité et l’efficacité des flottes poids lourds. + Construire et entretenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes clés au sein des flottes moyennes et grandes en France, en démontrant les bénéfices de l’approche Total Mobility. + Utiliser des techniques de vente par solutions pour aligner les produits, services et offres Goodyear avec les objectifs de durabilité et de performance des clients. + Résoudre rapidement et efficacement les problématiques clients, en s’appuyant sur la flexibilité de l’offre Total Mobility pour proposer des solutions innovantes et renforcer la satisfaction. + Agir en tant que consultant auprès des clients flottes, en identifiant les axes d’amélioration de leurs opérations et en proposant des recommandations ciblées grâce à l’offre Total Mobility. + Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales auprès des clients existants et potentiels, en promouvant les avantages de Goodyear pour une gestion globale et optimisée des flottes. **Profil recherché :** + Diplôme universitaire en économie, commerce ou expérience pratique équivalente. + Expérience confirmée en gestion de flottes, vente de pneus, vente de solutions télématiques ou gestion de comptes B2B, idéalement dans le secteur automobile. + Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. + Localisation : Paris – La Défense ou toute autre région en France. + Disponibilité pour des déplacements jusqu’à 50 % du temps. **Vos atouts supplémentaires :** + Excellente compréhension de la vente de solutions, avec capacité à équilibrer produits, services et offres pour répondre aux attentes des clients. + Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour établir et maintenir des relations positives avec les clients. + Esprit analytique, capable d’identifier les axes d’amélioration et de proposer des solutions efficaces. + Autonomie, motivation et orientation résultats, avec volonté de dépasser les objectifs fixés. + Maîtrise des outils numériques et des plateformes de gestion commerciale. \#LI-DA3 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
