We are looking for a passionate and strategic Key Account Manager (Fleet Mobility) to join our team and lead the development of fleet business in Belgium and Luxembourg. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with medium and large direct fleets (Truck & LCV) by offering Goodyear’s Total Mobility solutions – combining premium tires, retreading, digital tools, service models, and operational excellence.

About The Role: 

New Business Development

 

Identify, analyze, and approach new fleet prospects using CRM and market intelligence.

Understand industry and fleet trends, including last-mile and logistics evolution.

Build strong connections through events, networking, and referral channels.

Lead tendering processes, create tailored proposals, and apply the best-fit business models (e.g. PAYG, PPK, TaaS).

Establish long-term partnerships based on clear service-level agreements and shared value.

Fleet Account Management

 

Develop strategic account plans and match our Total Mobility offer to customer needs.

Nurture key relationships across all levels of the fleet organization.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer challenges.

Monitor contract execution, service performance, and KPIs.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Service, Technical, Finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

 

Technical Reference & Training Support

Be the first point of contact for product and solution-related queries.

Deliver or coordinate technical trainings at fleet sites.

Liaise with internal experts and service teams to ensure a high standard of technical support.

 

To Join Our Team You Need:

 

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet, transport, automotive, or mobility industries.

Strong commercial acumen, CRM skills, and ability to manage complex sales cycles.

Strategic and consultative selling mindset with a customer-centric approach.

Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.

Willingness to travel frequently across Belgium and Luxembourg.
