**Job Title - Kafka Architect** **Location - Remote** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kafka Azure DevOps Python Databricks SQL Databricks Workflows and PySpark. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable data solutions that drive business success. **Responsibilities** + Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade real-time data streaming solutions using Confluent Kafka. + Set up and configure Kafka clusters ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. + Implement ksqlDB and Apache Flink for stream processing, event-driven applications, and advanced analytics. + Define best practices for Kafka topic design, partitioning, replication, monitoring, and governance. + Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and application teams to integrate Kafka into existing and new data platforms. + Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in Kafka, Flink, and ksqlDB environments. + Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and engineering teams. ****Applications will be accepted until 10/17/25**** **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $70,000- $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
