Functional Responsibilities

Lead the successful implementation of all Activity Map plans and Account Management negotiations, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business objectives.Support Field Sales teams in achieving excellence in 2nd Tier wholesaler (MM) execution through effective negotiation and strategic alignment.Analyze key business data 2nd Tier customers— including sales, margins, inventory levels, pricing, competitive landscape, and market trends — to generate actionable insights and propose short-term solutions that drive performance improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and implement continuous improvements across key sales drivers, including Out-of-Stocks, Share of Shelf, Share of Displays, Pricing Strategies, and alignment with overall business priorities.Contribute to the in-month sales forecasting process with KAM, in order to give visibility weekly Sell In and Sell Out updates.

Leadership Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with KAM across team members as Finance, Supply, Marketing, and Customer Marketing to support and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs), identifying key growth opportunities to drive market penetration.Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong and sustainable customer relationships, positioning Diageo as the preferred supplier through a comprehensive approach with Wholesaler and 2nd Tiers.
