Intégré(e) à une équipe de 4 juristes et rattaché(e) à la Directrice Juridique France, UK & Ireland, vous êtes le référent juridique des Operating Units et des départements transverses en France. En tant que partenaire de confiance, vous accompagnez les équipes dans leurs problématiques quotidiennes et intervenez sur des projets stratégiques en lien avec l’équipe juridique Eurasia. **Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées** + Apporter votre expertise et formuler des recommandations sur des sujets variés : droit des marchés publics, concurrence, RGPD, accès au marché, etc. + Rédiger et négocier divers contrats pour l’entité commerciale française et les sites de production (contrats commerciaux, prestations de services, R&D, contrats complexes…). + Gérer le suivi des dossiers précontentieux et contentieux en coordination avec les cabinets d’avocats partenaires. + Assurer la conformité de l’activité de Medtronic avec les réglementations en vigueur, tout en veillant à leur diffusion et application. + Élaborer, revoir et mettre en place des programmes de formation juridique pour les équipes internes.
