Overview We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Traffic Manager to join our collaborative team in Sydney. You'll help drive project flow from concept to completion, coordinating resources and priorities to keep our creative work running smoothly. As our Junior Traffic Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the agency – helping to manage workflow, resources, and timelines across multiple teams for our amazing clients. You’ll work closely with producers, creatives, account service and senior operations to keep our creative engine firing. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, a natural sense of urgency, and a calm approach when things get busy. Overall, your role is pivotal in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness across a cross-discipline team, while fostering a positive, and high-performing environment. Sound like you, read on. Day to day you’ll get to: Coordinate agency workflow process, ensuring that all projects move smoothly through each phase Support resource planning across creative and strategy teams Work with the senior operations team to prioritise work, manage timelines and to enhance agency efficiencies Review and approve project schedules, ensuring time frames are met and any changes are promptly communicated to relevant teams Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations and escalate any bottlenecks. Helping to ensure briefs are complete and teams are set up for success Tracking job progress and keep stakeholders informed, escalating when needed Troubleshooting delays, escalating issues, and using your solutions-based approach to turn challenges into wins Support the onboarding of freelancers and booking external suppliers where needed Support (initially, then leading) weekly WIPs with internal teams, maintaining job tracking and resourcing documents efficiently Managing the agency Award submissions, collaborating with the broader team on collating work and case study entries Unleashing your creative flair to manage the agency social accounts, crafting and posting on-brand content Championing process and encouraging best practice across departments The person we are looking for has or is: Worked in a creative advertising agency (or equivalent) for 2+ years in either a Traffic / Project Management / Account service role Highly organised and calm under pressure, you are comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines efficiently Strong communicator - you’re a natural with both people and processes, and you thrive when you’re busy and working to tight time frames Strong solution-finding abilities and a keen eye for detail - you can spot potential issues before they become problems You have a resilient mindset with a willingness to adapt to the evolving advertising landscape You’re passionate about the work, and want to push for best-in-class output and delivery You are very comfortable using project management tools and software like the Microsoft suite, Smartsheet, Trello and enjoy embracing new technologies At Saatchi & Saatchi, we believe nothing is impossible.
