The Treasury Capital Markets Investments team manages fixed-income investments in several portfolios totaling over $200 billion in balance sheet assets primarily for the benefit of Charles Schwab Corporation, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., Charles Schwab Bank, Charles Schwab Premier Bank, and Charles Schwab Trust Bank.

What you have

Required:

1-2 years relevant experience with an emphasis on a mix of the following: fixed income trading or portfolio management, general capital markets, market risk or relevant Treasury-related functions, analyticsExcellent quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg and other investment softwareExcellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and management skills with the ability to build cross-organizational relationships; ability to maintain broker relationships and negotiate trade executionsStrong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree required

In addition to the salary range, this position is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
