We are currently looking for a Junior Tester to join our team **What you’ll be doing** + Contributing to the validation and quality assurance of our macOS device management setup + Performing post-transition testing of the new Microsoft Intune configuration to ensure successful migration + Verifying that business and security requirements are fulfilled across software packages, device settings, and MDM policies + Testing the deployment and functionality of macOS software packages managed via Intune + Collaborating with engineers to identify, document, and track issues related to packaging, compliance, and policy enforcement + Supporting the validation of Apple DEP and MDM profile integrations + Assisting in the creation and upkeep of test cases, plans, and documentation + Participating in test cycles for new features, updates, and configuration changes **What you’ll bring along** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Data Science, or related field. + A basic understanding of macOS environments, software packaging, and device management + Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Apple MDM, and Apple DEP + Experience or academic background in software testing, QA methodologies, or IT systems validation + A detail-oriented mindset and structured approach to identifying and documenting issues + Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit + A genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic IT infrastructure and endpoint management landscape + Excellent command of both spoken and written English. **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
