Role OverviewThe Junior Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of ECS installations, both on customer-hosted and cloud-hosted systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Windows Server environments, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to learn and grow into managing software migrations and backend system upgrades.
