Role Overview

The Junior Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of ECS installations, both on customer-hosted and cloud-hosted systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Windows Server environments, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to learn and grow into managing software migrations and backend system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for ECS software deployments (on-prem and cloud-hosted). Assist customers with troubleshooting application, performance, and connectivity issues. Support installation, configuration, and upgrades of ECS software and backend components. Assist with Windows Server environment management, including user access, permissions, and patching. Document troubleshooting steps, common issues, and solutions in the knowledge base. Collaborate with senior engineers on software migrations and backend upgrades. Participate in after-hours support rotation (as needed)
