CGI is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Technical DMS Consultant to join a key support team at one of our leading clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills, work hands-on with digital archiving and document generation platforms, and learn from experienced professionals.

Your role in our team
✅Support and maintain digital archiving and document generation platforms (3rd line support).
✅Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, following internal SLAs.
✅Assist in analyzing and implementing new document templates.
✅Set up and maintain integrations between internal and external systems.
✅Collaborate closely with your team and various stakeholders across the business.

How you strengthen our team
✅ A basic but solid IT foundation — you’re comfortable with:
-General IT systems and infrastructure (servers, networks, protocols).
-Basic scripting/programming.
-Working with data formats like JSON or XML.
-Databases and SQL queries.
-Unix/Linux environments.

✅ Great communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
✅ A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a high-tech environment.
✅ Bachelor or master degree with a focus on Information Technology, or equivalent
