Kforce has a client that is seeking Junior Tax Accountant in Secaucus, NJ. Responsibilities: * The Junior Tax Accountant will prepare and process check requests for co-sourced tax returns, estimates, and extensions * Maintain and update the internal tax calendar * Assist with responses to tax notices from federal and state agencies * Support the preparation of federal Form 1120 and various state income and franchise tax returns * Help prepare tax estimates and extensions across multiple states * As a Junior Tax Accountant, you will contribute to the calculation of state and local apportionment factors * Collaborate with team members on process improvement and data analysis using Power BI
