Junior Talent Acquisition SpecialistOverviewThe Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across our Core Payments, Commercial New Payment Flows, and International Marketing Communications teams in Europe. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing great talent, and delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

All About the Role
•\tManage requisitions across three business units, supporting a variety of hiring needs.
•\tAct as the point of contact for internal and external candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
•\tPartner with hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
•\tCollaborate on creating engaging job ads for current openings.
•\tAdvertise roles on careers pages, job boards, and social networks such as LinkedIn.
•\tConduct initial screening of passive candidates and support interview coordination.
•\tBuild and maintain talent pipelines in our CRM for future hiring needs.
•\tUphold and follow designated TA processes and systems.
•\tMonitor sourcing effectiveness using key performance indicators (e.g. time-to-fill, pipeline quality, direct sourcing success).
•\tSupport strategic TA projects aimed at improving operational excellence.
All About You
•\tYou bring experience from either an agency or in-house recruitment environment, ideally in a sourcing, coordination, or junior recruiter role.
•\tA strong communicator and relationship builder.
•\tCurious and agile, with the ability to absorb and interpret technical and business information.
•\tOrganised and proactive, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a collaborative mindset.
•\tCommercially aware, understanding the impact of talent acquisition on business success.
•\tComfortable working to service-level agreements and recruitment timelines.
Desirable
•\tExperience working in or with matrix organisation model.
•\tFamiliarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
Location
•\tThis role is based in our Harrogate office and follows our hybrid working policy of 3 days per week in the office.
