With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and talent needs.Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases, focusing on diversity and role fit.Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms to attract quality applicants.Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate data and timely updates.Coordinate and support interview processes, including scheduling, sharing prep materials, and collecting feedback.Engage candidates through outreach campaigns using tools like GROW, promoting Vodafone’s brand and opportunities.With these skills you are a great candidate:Strong communication skills in English with a customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and experience using ATS or candidate databases.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new recruitment tools and platforms.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in hybrid or remote team settings.
Graduate in Business, HR, or related field, with a genuine interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
