The Opportunity:

As a Jr. Systems Engineer you will interface with the Government Procurement Officer on System Deficiency ReportingCoordinate and document software engineering efforts to resolve deficienciesExtract and update schedules and data from project management toolsThis position would allow for a hybrid work environment and would require to work on site a minimum of three days per week


Responsibilities:

Work with hardware engineers to identify solutions and write engineering analysis reportsUtilize Python and identify trends and problems within the systemInterface with subject matter experts and site personnel on potential problems and develop solutions


Qualifications:
Required:

U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. We will sponsor for a security clearanceB.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology or similar, or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experienceMust have excellent communication and customer relationship skillsBe a self-starter willing to seek knowledge and broaden their understanding of their areas of responsibilityHave exceptional time management skills and ability to switch between project tasks effectively


Desired:

Experience writing DoD engineering reportsExperience on DoD programs and interaction with government stakeholders -SCN experience is a plusFamiliar with Python

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$58,000-$115,900
