Erste Ansprechperson für IT-relevante Anfragen in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich (First-Level-Support)Betreuung und Wartung der Windows-Serverlandschaften (2012/2016), VMware-Umgebung und Microsoft AzureUnterstützung der Citrix-Serverfarm sowie der LAN-/WLAN-Netzwerke und VoIP-SystemeAdministration der Smartphone- und VoIP-UmgebungPlanung und Umsetzung von IT-Infrastruktur Projekten, sowie der digitalen Transformation des UnternehmensSchulung von Usern sowie Dokumentation von Abläufen und SystemprozessenZusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Fachabteilungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)Hochschulabsolventen und Berufseinsteiger willkommenGute Kenntnisse in der Windows-Serverwelt (Windows Server 2012/2016), VMware sowie im Bereich der Netzwerktechnik (HP)Lernbereitschaft, lösungsorientiertes Denken und ein ausgeprägter ServicegedankeOffene, freundliche und kommunikative Art (in deutscher und englischer Sprache)Programmierkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
