Summary: We're hiring a Junior System Administrator to lead daily IT support operations and collaborate across infrastructure teams. What You'll Do: * Junior System Administrator will oversee helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets for both onsite and remote users * Lead daily stand-ups, prioritize ticket queues, and enforce SLAs * Coach and mentor helpdesk staff, conduct performance reviews, and support team development * Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues * Participate in endpoint deployments, patching, and lifecycle management * As a Junior System Administrator, you will collaborate with Systems, Network, and Database teams to support cross-functional IT initiatives * Assist with server administration, basic networking, and infrastructure tasks * Maintain documentation, refine support procedures, and generate performance reports
